Arizona is facing a youth nicotine addiction crisis. Yet a tobacco industry bill being considered by the state legislature would roll back local tobacco prevention laws across the state and ban Arizona communities from passing new ones!

HB 2682 has passed both chambers and is back in the House of Representatives and could come up for a vote at any time.
